Our services include Acute Care, Long Term Care, Respite Care and Protective Supervision Hours.

Our caring staff aids with activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, exercising, feeding-eating, grooming-shaving oral care, Routine Hair-skin care, toileting, transferring, cleaning, laundry, walking, shopping, escort, meal preparation and reminder of medication.
We offer Personal Attendant Services to the Elderly, Disabled Individuals and Children with Special Needs
PRIMARY HOME CARE
FAMILY CARE (FC)
According to HHSC FC is a nonskilled, nontechnical attendant care service that is available to eligible individuals who have functional limitations caused by age, disability or medical problems. FC provides assistance with activities of daily living and is delivered by an attendant.
NON-WAIVER PROGRAM/STAR PLUS WAIVER
Star Plus Waiver/ non-waiver provides Personal Attendant Services, Respite Care and Protective Supervision Hours. These services can be provided at the comfort of your own home.
COMMUNITY ATTENDAT SERVICES (CAS)
According to HHSC Community Attendant Services is a non-technical, medically related personal care service that is available to eligible individuals whose health problems cause them to have limitations in performing activities of daily living according to a practitioner's statement of medical need. CAS personal care tasks are provided by an attendant.
PRIVATE PAY AVAILABLE
Services are available to patients that need assistance with activities of daily living and are not eligible to receive Medicaid Funding.

According to HHSC Primary Home Care is a nontechnical, medically related personal care service that is available to eligible individuals whose health problems cause them to have limitations in performing activities of daily living, according to a practitioner's statement of medical need. PHC personal care tasks are provided by an attendant.
